Do I need an appointment/reservation for the in-store experiences?

No reservations are required. All in-store experiences are on a first come, first serve basis. No reservations or appointments necessary. All experiences are open daily.

Can I buy online and pick-up in store?

We do not currently offer buy online pick-up in-store services for purchases.

I lost an item, how do I check if it has been found?

We retain all lost and found items in store for a period of 30 days. To check if an item has been located, please email [email protected] our team can look in to this for you.

Can I book a party or private tour at the store?

We offer a number of party and event options in the store. We also offer private tours of the store with one of our world famous Toy Soldiers. More details and booking details are available on our VIP Experiences page.
