Can I book a party at the store?

We offer a number of party and event options in the store, learn more at our VIP Experiences page.

Do you offer store tours?

We do offer private tours of the store with one of our world famous Toy Soldiers. More details and booking is available on our VIP Experiences page.

Do you offer a Military Discount?

We are pleased to offer a 10% Military discount in store with valid identification.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping Services In Store?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping services but are looking to add this to the store in the future.

Do you offer shipping services?

We are able to ship purchases from the store to any address within the continental US. Please check in-store for current pricing or free shipping thresholds.

Can I buy online and pick-up in store?

We do not currently offer buy online pick-up in-store services for purchases.

I lost an item in the store, how do I check if it has been found?

We retain all lost and found items in store for a period of 30 days. To check if an item has been located, please email [email protected] our team can look in to this for you.

Do you have baby changing or nursing facilities?

All bathrooms are equipped with baby changing facilities. We have a private space available for those needing to nurse. Please speak to an associate or manager for access to this room on the second floor adjacent to the elevator.
